Clerkenwell Green were proud to cater and partner with Plain Jane on another exciting Shoreditch event. Each year we are invited back to cater for these fabulous cocktail receptions in a private client’s office, in the heart of East London.
We returned last month to help transform this office into an amazing Summer party event. Plain Jane styled this space with striking textures and patterns, warm welcoming lanterns, authentic rugs and playful pillows on soft seating, adding to the Bohemian flair. It really is all in the detail! Inspired by Moroccan influences with a contemporary twist, the team mixed warm burgundy colours and gold tones with exotic patterns. Bringing nature indoors and decorating with an excess of fresh leafy greens, transformed the modern glass office into a Mediterranean jungle.
Similarly, we wanted to take guests on a journey. Serving up a variety of cuisines, our catering transported them around the world. The canapés were circulated to guests on arrival whilst they socialised. Furthermore, the interactive dining style of the food stations invited guests in to graze and make their own combinations. Guests were able to enjoy a selection of beautifully dressed food stalls bursting with fresh ingredients and colourful design. The four stations on offer included the Peruvian, the Mexican, the Korean and an Ice cream & Churros Station. We curated these bespoke stations to feature a rich assortment of flavour. Our fun and customisable interactive displays are all about food theatre and the performance of service.
A creative range of cocktails were designed for the occasion and built by the brilliant Drinks Fusion. They provide a luxury cocktail service using fresh and interesting flavours. On the menu were three exciting and bespoke concoctions, ‘Far East Tea Punch’, ‘Bamboo Negroni’ and ‘Revise Pisco Punch’ as well as a creative non-alcoholic option ‘Garden Gimlet’. These creations were infused with exotic flavours inspired by the Mediterranean to pair perfectly with our catering.
